I am a therapist specializing in helping women who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, weight loss, insomnia, trauma, narcissistic abuse, work and family concerns. As a wellness coach and licensed therapist my approach is integrative, addressing physical and emotional concerns. Common issues are separation, divorce, single parenting, dating, communication, emotional abuse, stress management and work/life balance. For clients having difficulty sleeping, I offer CBT-I, which is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. Please note that if there are complicating factors, CBT-I may not be as effective for improving sleep. For clients with a history of trauma, I use EMDR therapy, which can be modified for use in video sessions. EMDR also helps with sleep. Hours are available by appointment.
