Feeling at home with your therapist is crucial when it comes to therapy. My therapeutic approach is focused on respecting my clients’ beliefs while understanding their strengths, resources, and any barriers they may face. I am passionate about helping my clients reach their goals and providing them with the tools they need to meet their definition of success. My specialties are in working with adult and teenage clients with symptoms related to trauma, depression, anxiety, and/or who are experiencing difficulties within their relationships.
