I will be joining you in search of new ideas and narratives that help people change unwanted behaviors. I am a trained therapist in different therapeutic approaches who encourages people to grow up and to evolve towards the achievement of their needs and those of the ones she/he loves, I agree with the Socratic statement "only an examined life it is worth living." I invite you to meet me and you will find a warm and very easy person to relate to. Most of my patients at Haber Counseling Group, are regular people that at some point in time during their journey through life, they found themselves stuck, it could have been that a long relationship ended, a job is no longer rewarding or a parent-child relationship is having difficulties. Sharing thoughts and feelings within this unique kind of relationship, a therapeutic relationship, we will listen to one another and we will share ideas and different points of view in order to understand what is that what rouse your feelings in one way or another( ie: Anger, anxiety, sadness love...)
