I am here to provide you space to share your unique story, a place of non-judgment and healing. We can work together to help you find a place of calm, balance and healing in your body, mind and spirit. Using solution focused treatments, we can move through your life challenges and transitions as you provide input to your counseling goals. I am experienced in assisting clients suffering many life challenges and transitions, inclusive of early and adult life trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, ADHD. My clients include a diverse range of ages/life stage, cultures, backgrounds and experiences. EMDR focused treatment is available. I am focused on each client's needs: body, mind and spirit as you are heard and your specific developmental needs are assessed, Your counseling goals are developed and revised as you progress and grow in self-awareness. Sessions will be based on motivational interview and therapeutic modalities based on your needs-you will learn to lead your healing process. We will explore current and past life challenges, set counseling goals, and develop a therapeutic plan of holistic healing. Faith based counseling upon request. Telehealth sessions only.
