About

Psychotherapy is a gift you can give yourself. If you're feeling down or you can never fully relax; it might be hard to imagine you could feel better. Maybe you keep repeating unsatisfying relationship patterns even though you want something else. These challenges, as well as many others, can interfere with the joyful, satisfying life you want. Psychotherapy can help you understand parts of yourself you don't fully know. Ultimately, this enables you to experience greater freedom and to explore new possibilities. Psychotherapy involves emotional, intellectual, and bodily experience and can therefore be deeply transformational. View 5 Photos

I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work-related problems, and many other issues. Sometimes people don't know what the issue is exactly but just feel unsatisfied, lost, or without purpose. I have particular expertise in working with LGBTQI adults, including those with non-binary genders, and college/graduate students.

Psychotherapy is a collaborative, exploratory process which invites curiosity and compassion. Examining past experiences to illuminate the present and current thoughts and feelings as they arise during sessions is fundamental. Through integrating intellectual, emotional, and physical dimensions of experience, you become increasingly able to live more fully in the present.
