My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can grow and build resilience in their lives. I love working with individuals from all walks of life, and my areas of focus include substance use, autism, behavioral challenges, and mood disorders. I earned my Master’s of Social Work and undergraduate degrees in Natural Science and Sociology from Fordham University. I believe in meeting each person where they are and partnering with them on their journey towards making meaningful progress, at their own pace. Over the several years, I have worked with young adults and families in centers, in the community and in their homes. I use an integrative approach, combining evidence-based techniques such as motivational interviewing and behavioral modalities to create tailored strategies for each person. As your therapist, I hope to help you enhance your sense of safety and stability, promote self-sufficiency, improve your emotional wellbeing, and strengthen your support networks. I am dedicated to work with you to achieve all of your goals and support you in any area of your life. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
