About

If you're feeling stuck, confused, or unsure of yourself, you might wonder who you really are or how to relate to others. Maybe you notice repeating patterns in your relationships, are curious about how they started and how to change them. You might feel isolated, afraid to take risks, unable to express yourself fully. Overwhelmed by your emotions, you may struggle to keep up with them and wonder if you're holding yourself back. Performance anxiety at work or school may add to your stress. If you're curious about living and feeling differently, you're not alone. View 4 Photos

That curiosity can help us explore your experiences and find balance together. This journey lets you let go of past burdens and reconnect with all parts of yourself. By processing trauma and increasing self-compassion, you can become a more authentic version of yourself, expressing yourself confidently and understanding your feelings clearly.

I am a somatic therapist using Brainspotting, IFS, and other innovative methods to process trauma and increase self-energy and agency. My approach supports you as a whole person, including your relationships and environment. I believe in your ability to heal, guided by your internal system. We'll embark on a deep, transformative journey of self-discovery.
