My passion is to see individuals and marriages become healthy, to heal wounded hearts and to restore hope and joy. Then through Christ, become all that God intended. I believe that people need a safe, non-judgmental, grace-filled place to share their stories . A place where they can be loved back to life and learn to thrive in their true identity in Christ. I focus on equipping clients with tools for effective communication, helping them to overcome previous experiences that may be having negative effects on their life today. Differences in perspectives and how to see them as positives are also explored. I've also facilitated healing for individuals with anxiety and depression . I can help with spiritual issues and offer general life coaching.
