Dr. Rienecke is a consultant with SpringSource Psychological Center where she sees individual clients and has immediate availability. Dr. Rienecke specializes in the treatment of adolescents and young adults struggling with eating disorders. She has extensive training in Family Based Therapy (FBT) for eating disorders, which is an emperically validated, gold standard treatment. Dr. Rienecke received her Ph.D. from Northwestern University. She completed her clinical psychology internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Chicago Eating Disorders Program. Dr. Rienecke is a Fellow in the Academy for Eating Disorders and a faculty member of the Training Institute for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders. She is currently Director of Research for Eating Recovery Center/Pathlight Behavioral Health Centers and Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Northwestern University. Dr. Rienecke is a leading clinician and expert in the field of eating disorders and has over 20 years of experience treating individuals and families who are struggling.
