About

No matter what you try, it does not seem to make things better. You want to feel close and connected to others, but it feels so hard. It seems like we are supposed to just figure it out alone, but no one ever showed you how to do that. If you are looking to make your relationships stronger or find yourself having the same challenges repeatedly, you are not alone. Our relationships are the backbone of our lives. But for many of us, they can be confusing and challenging at times. If you are looking to find meaning and growth to have the types of relationships that bring you joy and fulfillment, it is a skill and can be developed.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and holds master’s degree in public health and family therapy. My approach to therapy is systemic, exploring the big picture of family life and its effects on us. While using evidence-based practices to reach your goals, I believe that you are unique, and that therapy should be tailored to your needs.

If you feel like things could be better, they can be. I work with couples and individuals to strengthen their relationships with compassion and understanding. If you would like support and skills in your relationships, please be in touch.
