Hi, my name is Renee! I have been a licensed social worker for 22 years. I am a CBT therapist working with children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in the area of ADHD management, anxiety and anger management, grief and loss, and caregiver support for those with aging parents/family members. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 1998, and my Master's in Social Work in 2000. Do you miss feeling in control of your emotions during day to day interactions with others?
