With years of experience, I have found that offering EMDR therapy, particularly EMDR combined with Reiki, to be the most effective form of treatment. For those with busy schedules or who seek quicker progress, I offer EMDR Intensives, which can provide the equivalent of 6-12 months of therapy in a condensed time frame. As your partner in this journey, I’ll create a safe space for you to explore how past experiences may be hindering your progress.
