About

If you're LGBT+ or neurodiverse, you know how murky and chaotic this road can be. It's a difficult journey, figuring yourself out and untangling yourself from your trauma. I'm here to help. I take a comfortable, compassionate, slightly humorous approach to therapy where I focus on self-empowerment in the face of complicated systems of oppression, collaboration with my clients where we go wherever you want to go in your journey, and discovering the joy of living authentically.

I'm a queer, neurodivergent therapist that brings a queer, neurodiverse perspective to therapy. I work with people to figure out their authentic selves and work through various kinds of trauma, from religious trauma to child abuse. LGBT+-friendly, kink-positive, gender-affirming, disability justice, AuDHD, intersectionality, EMDR-trained.

If you're queer, questioning, or neurodivergent, and you need to process this with someone who has walked down this road, please feel free to reach out to book an intake. I'm here to help you navigate this chaotic road to authenticity, walking side-by-side with you and providing individualized support.
