I provide a supportive, caring place for individuals and families to make positive changes in their relationships, personal health, life transitions, and with past trauma. Whether you are struggling with transitions in life, marital issues, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, or difficulty with parenting; I offer strategies for real change.
