About

You may feel overwhelmed by past trauma, struggling with emotional regulation, or facing challenges in your relationships. I’ve worked in mental health for 10 years, specializing in trauma. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy using EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness. Having served diverse populations, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals, I get how the intersection of identity and trauma can shape your experiences. My clinical background ranges from social work, community advocacy, and mental health in corrections facilities. This work helped me create therapy that is anti-racist, inclusive, and compassionate. Healing is our goal. View 4 Photos

I take an personalized approach to each person I help. We process past wounds, challenge limiting beliefs, create healthier perspectives, and build strong coping skills. Together, we create a tailored treatment plan that fits your unique needs. Through our work, you’ll develop autonomy, emotional intelligence, resilience, and greater control of your life.

I’ve seen how deeply trauma can affect ones sense of self and relationships. I believe in creating a safe space for you to explore your feelings. Healing takes time, but I’m here to walk alongside you—if you’re ready. Let’s begin the journey together!
