I enjoy with patients that want to move beyond the cookie cutter structure of many types of therapies in order to increase insight, improve adaptive coping, increasing holistic health, and are motivated for change. I have extensively worked with a military population, which has provided me with a unique insight into men’s issues and trauma (chronic, acute, and sexual). Additionally, my work has included work with neurodivergent clients, particularly ADHD, borderline personality disorder, and substance use. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. I try to respond to requests as quickly as possible and like to meet clients where they are at with regards to frequent of appointments in addition to accessible and quality care.
