About

Vulnerability is the strength that makes us humanly genuine. Through a non-judgmental and culturally sensitive lens, we will work together to uncover and build upon your resilience. I am here to empathically support your therapeutic journey and when you feel comfortable, I will gently challenge your preconceptions about yourself and the world around you. This is where growth happens. I encourage you to bring your fullest self to sessions, whatever that may entail, ie. humor, colorful language, creativity, authenticity…and I will do the same.

Specializing in trauma and attachment issues, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families for the past 15 years assisting them with exploring past and current wounds in a deeply compassionate way. Helping clients develop new patterns and pathways, while shedding those that no longer work for them is at the core of my practice.

I work from a holistic approach, developing goals that encompass healing from within the mind and the body. I pull from my love of nature, yoga and integrative medicine to enhance your discovery of what is most empowering for you.
