Lately, life has felt like the same tiresome day stuck on repeat. The overwhelm and stress are constant, and you’re never able to keep up with things the way you’d like to. Maybe it’s been a while since you felt like yourself. If you’re a mom, these feelings are magnified by the expectation that you’ll put on a brave face and soldier on no matter what. You know there has to be more to life than this, and that you can’t keep carrying this weight on your shoulders or this pit in your stomach. Let’s take a deep breath together and hold space for all of these feelings—then, we can start figuring out how to move forward, together. I specialize in helping adults, couples, & mothers feel comfortable and safe within themselves again. You’re the expert on your life, and my job is to help you make meaning out of it. We’l collaborate to do that. Sessions with me are judgment-free and inclusive. I hope to support you through finding the resilience within & creating more balance in your life. Before becoming a therapist, I was a yoga instructor, which deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection. The methods I use in therapy draw on this, helping you find lasting relief by addressing both mental & physical well-being. I’ve also completed specialized training to support mothers through the emotional challenges of pregnancy & parenthood.
