I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor in San Antonio, Texas. I have a masters in Individual and Family Psychotherapy from Our Lady of the Lake University. I have worked with families and individuals diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and those who struggle with behavior problems and communication. I help people to utilize their existing strengths and abilities to overcome personal, relational and psychological difficulties. I utilize a post-modern approaches such as solution-focused therapy and evidenced-based practice to motivate client goal-orientated change and lessen symptoms or stressors in a welcoming environment. My areas of competence include adolescent therapy, children & family therapy, anxiety, depression, and immigration issues. It can be difficult to take the first step to seek counseling, I encourage all who are considering therapy to call and ask questions to determine how I can be of helping assistance in moments of difficulty and uneasiness.
