Life is a journey with many seasons and transitions that can present different challenges. During these transitions we can sometimes feel stuck by our current environment, triggered by past traumas, or feeling unfulfilled in our relationships. I am her to help create a nonjudgemental space for you to explore the emotions and the transitions that are happening in your life and how you are being affected by it. My approach to therapy is helping those identify their strengths, to help recognize the solution that fits best for them, and to create an action plan to reach that goal. Working together towards healing from trauma, relationship conflict, family dynamics, and reclaiming health and happiness from depression, anxiety, and burnout. CBT, solution-focused therapy, Gottman, and strength-based therapy are the modalities used while incorporating a holistic approach with mindfulness techniques to look at all aspects of your environment and your situations.
