I work primarily in individual therapy with LGBTQ individuals, neurodivergent folks, folks in the kink and non-monogamous/polyamorous communities, disabled folks, and sex workers. I offer relationship therapy as well (Non-monogamy and polyamory). I believe therapy is inherently political and am happy to share my personal identities with clients during a consultation call. I believe that therapists can hold safe boundaries for clients, while also encouraging transparency and authenticity of self. My therapeutic approach has been described as "Coffee with a friend", where there is room for laughter, vulnerability, exploration of ideas, and hard truths. While I work within diverse sexual communities, I recognize that identities grow and change throughout our lifetime. Identities can be recognized and supported without necessarily being the focus. I believe that therapy should be a collaboration, where we strengthen your ability to explore your problems, approach solutions, and grow your relationships with yourself and others. Let's look at your personal strengths and empower you to understand yourself. Don't be afraid if you don't know what those may be, we'll meet up right where you are.
