About

So often in life we may find we are overwhelmed by the challenges of everyday stress, and that we need help coping with feelings of anxiety or sadness. As a counselor, I work with clients to build trust and rapport in a safe space. Setting meaningful goals for change, that encourage and foster personal growth and fulfillment will allow you to feel empowered and more in control, while taking steps toward getting your life back where you want it to be.

I help adolescent and adult individuals, struggling with depression, anxiety, personal identity, relationship, transitional and adjustment issues. Utilizing a person-centered eclectic approach, I work together with clients to identify strategies that will bring a sense of balance and meaning in their lives.

I strive to provide an objective, safe, and judgement-free environment to explore your feelings, personal needs, and goals. I offer evening and Saturday appointments, and my office is located on Route 1 in Branford, easily accessible off I-95 and by bus.
