Life's challenges can seem overwhelming, but you don't have have to face your (or your family's) challenges alone. My passion is to bring hope and healing to the most hopeless of circumstances. I am licensed in both North Carolina and Alabama and see clients via telehealth in both states. I love what I do and I find the greater the challenge, the more rewarding the end result. I am an integrative therapist utilizing a variety of psychological modalities along with trauma therapy and psychoeducation to help you reach your goals and heal internally and in relationships.
