It's essential for me to create a safe place for you and to be accepted exactly as you are while walking with you as you explore and heal hurts, traumas, relationship difficulties, undesired patterns/behaviors, negative self-talk, or anything that has brought you to therapy. I have over ten years of experience as a therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, and substance use. My approach is collective and always client-centered.
