Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing telehealth therapy in Alabama, Virginia, Florida, South Carolina, and Vermont. I have a passion for helping those in need find their inner strength and resilience. I believe we all have it within us to find solutions to our problems; sometimes we just need some guidance. If you are you at the point where saying "I just need to try harder" or "I used to be able to" is just not working, one small step is all it takes to begin the process of change. I strive to provide my clients with a safe and respectful environment where they feel comfortable exploring their life experiences.
