Many individuals are struggling with day to day stressors whether it be school, work, friends, intimate relationships, alcohol and substance use or managing depression and anxiety. I am able to help incorporate my 16 years of building therapeutic relationships to help guide and support you on your journey. I have experience in many modalities including Intensive In Home Services with MDFT (Multi Dimensional Family Therapy) , CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and DBT ( Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) I find an eclectic approach utilizing many modalities yields the best success. Some of my other specialty areas are within developmental disabilities including ASD ( Autism Spectrum Disorders) and understanding learning differences. I also have extensive knowledge of sexual offense work in which I am a clinical member of CATSO since 2008. I am also bilingual. My past and current clients describe me as warm, nurturing but fair and compassionate. I am flexible and easy to connect with and build a trusting, empathic therapeutic relationship.
