Are you feeling stuck in your life, like you are going nowhere fast, but don’t know why? EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Brainspotting can help you break free from old patterns that no longer serve you keep you stuck. I specialize in both approaches, and they work fast, so you can get back to enjoying your life. These approaches can help you resolve traumas, move you past performance anxiety (e.g., in sports or the arts), and help with depression, anxiety and other issues that impact your quality of life. Additionally, I can help you develop the skills to make improvements in your life, gain insight about yourself, and manage your symptoms, facilitating a safe, collaborative therapy experience. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who incorporate spirituality into their healing process, artistic individuals, and members of the LGBTQ community. In addition to EMDR and Brainspotting, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also draw from Carl Jung and Carl Rogers in facilitating exploration and insight. Using this variety of approaches, I can flexibly tailor treatment to your needs and help you get past what keeps you from fulfilling your potential.
