About

Welcome! Reaching out for help can be a difficult first step, and I'm happy you’ve decided to take it. I will work with you to identity problems and help you find the solutions to live a happier, more fulfilling life. I specialize in supporting teens, college students, and young adults to reduce painful emotions, such as anxiety or depression, experience happiness and peace more often, navigate life transitions, improve friendships and relationships, & work through career/school struggles. Using a DBT & client-centered approach, we will work collaboratively together to develop a plan that fits your individual needs and strengths.

I have worked and trained in a variety of mental health settings including inpatient, partial hospitalization programs and outpatient clinics through my work at Emory Behavioral Health at Grady Hospital, Peachford Hospital, and outpatient private practices. I am a certified rehabilitation counselor and nationally certified counselor.

I'm a warm, active, non-judgmental therapist. I think about how your past has shaped who you are today to help you develop skills and strategies to overcome the difficulties you are currently facing in order to create a new, happier approach to your life now and the ability to continue your growth even when you leave therapy.
