Our work together will help you to increase your self-awareness and your thoughts in a way that will allow you to learn better ways to manage and relieve symptoms of depression or anxiety. For example, you might be feeling symptoms such as relationship issues, sadness anger, insomnia, stress, worry or social phobias which we can change. My approach aims to help you attract and maintain healthy personal and professional relationships. We will work together to reduce stress, depression , anxiety, improve your relationships and improve your overall quality of life.

My theoretical approach is primarily psychodynamic. Though through our work together, your individual needs are carefully evaluated and therapy is tailored to best meet your needs such as by using CBT or other approaches.
