About

Similarly to many of you, the pandemic created an opportunity for me to re-evaluate my choices and to step out of that comfort zone and move towards something new. Exploring new paths can be intimidating but it is also exciting. What I hope to provide for each of my clients as we work together: a place where it is safe to be both vulnerable and brave as you work towards healing and towards your own goals. My focus is working with women, LGBTQ+ individuals, especially those in the helping professions and poly/ethically non monogamous relationships.

For two decades, I was a teacher and have an inside look at the compassion fatigue that many of those in the caring professions face. I love working with individuals and partners to help gain a better understanding of themselves. I have a particular focus on women's issues, ADHD, OCD, infertility and compassion fatigue.

I have a background and focus in ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and School Issues. I have extensive experience in working with creating and implementing IEP/504 plans as well as helping create supports for daily life. I also offer in person and online sessions which allows me to work with folks across the state, those who travel or those who are in college.
