About

I believe that a safe and uplifting environment is crucial for clients to foster their authentic self, gain insight regarding themselves and others, engage in positive peer interactions, and build self-confidence. My specialties include ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, and neurodiverse relationships, and I offer services for couples, individuals, and families. I also lead therapeutic gaming, process-oriented, and social skills groups and provide virtual and in-person services at the Marietta office.

I utilize an eclectic mixture of counseling techniques including emotion-focused, experiential, strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, and other creative therapeutic techniques while keeping the client’s specific needs in mind. By drawing from a person’s strengths and support network, I work with you to find creative solutions to your goals.

Through social skills groups, individual, couples, family, therapeutic gaming, and parenting groups, I hope to aid in your discovery of your authentic self and potential. I welcome the opportunity to meet with you and your family and am honored to assist you on your journey.
