My name is Rebecca Galdo, LCSW, LICSW, Qualified Supervisor, and owner of Believe In Wellness Collective, LLC. My purpose is to assist those who may be suffering from mental health diagnosis and life stressors to learn positive coping strategies, through exploring the root causes of what is causing those unpleasant symptoms. It is an amazing and courageous step that you have taken, to search out a therapist and begin your journey toward wellness. At Believe In Wellness Collective, we help you meet your goals for a better life. Whatever you are going through at this moment, you do not have to go through it alone.
Believe In Wellness Collective has shifted to 100% online telehealth. We utilize a platform called TheraNest, which is a HIPAA-protected video platform. We have several day time and some evening sessions available.
I have the educational background and professional experience, but I also personally experienced extreme challenges within my career, family, and personal relationships. I can empathize and be present with you in your situation and provide guidance and techniques from all of those experiences in a non-judgmental, empathetic heart-centered space.
