I am a warm, energetic, attuned therapist who is passionate about working with individuals, couples and families. My approach is strength-based, collaborative and tailored to the needs of each client or family. Therapy is a place to make meaningful changes in our lives, reframe our narratives and better understand ourselves in the context of a safe space. My aim is to help you strengthen your relationships through better understanding the patterns that frustrate you and help you develop new ways of relating, creating more connection. I specialize in grief and loss for individuals in their 20s and 30s. Grief is not linear and something we simply "get over." This desire to prematurely find closure can lead us astray. Our work together will allow you to find meaning in life after loss, while navigating the unique pressures of dating, establishing a career, and maintaining a social life. I blend therapeutic approaches to best fit your need and utilize a psycho-dynamic (insight oriented), relational (relationship focused) and EMDR (trauma treatment) approach. I am an LGBTQI+ affirming, anti-racist/anti-oppressive, body positive therapist. I encourage anyone who is curious about working with me to schedule a free phone consultation!
