I counsel those suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and individuals experiencing major life transitions (ie: infidelity, divorce, career change, and midlife). I have experience working with people with serious mental illness in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, psychiatric residential treatment facilities, outpatient clinics, and corrections. I am currently focusing primarily on late adolescents and adults who are focused on discovering the path to their best version of self.
