About

I help clients who feel stuck in cycles of perfectionism, self-criticism, or isolation. In this day and age we often feel that we need to have high standards or self-restraint but this can often to lead to feelings of misunderstanding, isolation, or emotional exhaustion. You might be constantly working hard to meet expectations yet still feel unfulfilled in life. I offer practical tools that help build a deeper sense of peace and self-acceptance, and foster authentic connection with oneself and others. I often see that my clients are ready to make a change in their life but simply need a trusted guide to begin their journey.

I offer a specialized approach in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), an evidence-based treatment designed specifically for people who struggle with overcontrol. Through RO-DBT, I help clients learn new ways of thinking and behaving that can reduce isolation, build stronger interpersonal connections, and foster a more fulfilling life.

If any of this resonates with you, know that you’re not alone, and change is possible. It takes courage to reach out, especially if you’re someone who’s used to “going it alone.” I invite you to take this step toward a different kind of life—one with more ease, flexibility, and joy.
