I do both phone counseling as well as psychotherapy, and coaching. These are my areas of expertise. Mediation work within the courts for divorce issues, anxiety, panic attacks, adults who have had mild to severe abuse of any kind, PTSD, high stresors, OCD, those who are overwhelmed, depression, relationship counseling for individuals, grief counseling, goal setting, work stressors/ problem solving, Career counseling and personal coaching, co-dependency problems individual counseling-behavior therapy, Autism spectrum, ADHD, and divorce issues with adults, assessments, disability summaries and psychological testing. I work with adults with depression, relationship problems, adults who need to get their lives back on track with coaching and those who are overwhelmed with high stressors & need emotional support. I am qualified to do corporate coaching as well as mediation work in the courts for divorcing couples. I am a cognitive based therapist so in therapy, we work together in an interactive environment to increase your awareness of coping skills and tools you can utilize in the real world to reduce anxiety, anger and depression by changing thought patterns,feelings and behaviors from negative to positive.
