About

My clinical focus is LGBT+ issues, trauma & PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, and life changes & adjustments. I came into therapy later in life and graduated from the University of South Florida with a BA in Women and Gender Studies. I am strongly feminist aligned, anti-racist in my work values and activism. I have an unrelenting desire to support people and be by their side as they do this deeply challenging work. I bring an eclectic mix of humanistic, strength based, rogerian, trauma-informed, and experiential therapies to meet her clients where they are and create a safe place for them to heal and make sense of their lives.

My specialties include working with LGBT+ adults and youth, BIPoC, couples, adults in transition, college students, activists, artists, and all of those who have been historically excluded from accessing quality mental health care supports. I am deeply compassionate and work closely with my clients to create a sense of attunement and connection.

As a provider who is part of the LGBT+ community, I bring in the values social justice, empowerment, cultural respect and knowledge, social inclusion, community, and innovation. I am also sex, kink and poly allied and I come armed with a lot of knowledge of different life and love styles. I am here to support and help you find a space you feel good about!
