VIDEO/TELEHEALTH THERAPY- I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in treating anxiety and depression related disorders. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we cannot seem to find a way out of our intense emotions. Sometimes we need someone to aid us in navigating through the dense fog we have now found ourselves. If you have noticed that your life has become increasingly limited due to feelings of anxiety or sadness, I may be able to help. I offer video/telehealth therapy services to anyone in the state of Texas. This way, no matter how busy life gets, you can receive effective treatment. My special interests include Generalized Anxiety, OCD, trauma, eating disorders, as well as grief, self-esteem, and depression related issues. I enjoy working with all ages. I utilize evidence-based treatment approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy (Certified provider) with elements of mindfulness techniques.
