About

Currently, openings are available for anyone interested in structured evidence based trauma therapy. Welcome! The combination of life experience coupled with formal training (with evidence-based therapeutic methods) has led me to develop an approach that is both compassionate and structured in a way that invites your presence in a calm, non-judgmental manner.

I have served in the National Guard for 21 years, working initially as a carpenter, then as a medic, and as a Behavioral Health Officer. I worked for the Veterans Health Administration for 6 years. Additionally, I am the Executive Director of the nonprofit Sisters in Arms Center that helps women veterans & their children.

Post-trauma, anxiety/depression, & substance or alcohol use disorders are my specialties, but I have treated a wide range of diagnoses. I look forward to meeting you to explore together the best way for you to live a healthier, more fulfilling life.
