As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I offer an integrative approach to treatment that views health as a reflection of mind, body and soul. I believe we all have the innate ability to heal self and that there are many therapeutic ways to achieve that. The journey is in finding what works for you and I can help you do that! We will work in a safe environment that will help you facilitate change. I have a deep passion for working with victims of domestic violence, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, and forensic psychology. I also am experienced in working with clients who identify with the LBGT community and who have chronic illnesses. I am certified to provide Clinical Supervision to new professionals in the field who are pursuing licensure. EMDR,Mindfulness, DBT, CBT, Psycho-Education, and Narratives are utilized as part of a multi-faceted approach to assist clients in achieving serenity "amidst the storm".
