Hello, my name is Ray Diaz. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My approach to therapy allows the client to express thoughts and feelings in a safe environment. I focus on depression and anxiety. Client-Centered which promotes a safe climate in which the therapist is empathetic and nonjudgmental. In this way, the client experiences a sense of acceptance, openness, and unconditional positive regard. I currently work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety. Psychology and human behavior have always been an interest. Seeing others who have experienced difficult times and work through them with the support of therapy is what drives me to continue working with others. I like to create a safe environment in which the client feels comfortable in sharing thoughts and feelings with myself. I like to take a collaborative approach and work with the client in creating goals for treatment.
