Everyone should have access to therapy regardless of their background. Mental health is just as important as physical health and should be seen as a priority. I specialize with clients who have depression and anxiety. I want to help my clients to be able to cope better and live more fulfilling lives. I utilize an individualized approach to therapy. I believe each client has a unique story and their treatment should be tailor made to reflect that. I use a mix of cognitive behavioral and humanistic approach to create a warm and open environment to help client cope and fulfill their goals I would be honored to help you reach your goals.
