Therapists » Marriage & Family Therapist Associate
I am a dedicated therapist with a passion for supporting individuals, couples, and families on their journey to well-being. I am deeply committed to helping my clients build, maintain, and repair meaningful relationships with their loved ones. With over a decade of experience in law enforcement, I bring a unique perspective to providing effective therapy for first responders. I have the ability to listen to and understand sensitive content, aiding clients in navigating the specific challenges of their profession. My practice provides a safe, supportive environment that fosters exploration, healing, and growth. As a brainspotting practitioner, I am motivated to relieve the impact of trauma as effectively as possible. My modalities include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. My methods are tailored to meet each client's specific needs as no two are the same. The therapeutic relationship between client and therapist must be founded on trust and safety to facilitate positive change. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they heal, and I do not take this responsibility lightly. While I offer a nurturing and gentle approach, I also provide the necessary challenges to promote growth and healing.
