Hello, my name is Shonda Lowe (64959) and I am a licensed therapist who has served hundreds of clients over the years. I provide relatable and relational counseling understanding the importance of the relationship with the client. I focus on clients dealing with depression, self-esteem, interpersonal challenges, and codependency. I create a safe space that is comfortable and culturally sound. I am down to earth and very relatable as rapport is very important in therapy spaces. I love to assist people with the knowledge that can improve their quality of life as I grew up observing friends and family not understand how to manage stress in healthy ways. Goals are set after assessing various factors such as stage of change and symptoms. I will assess progress intermittently over the months. A client should expect to identify symptoms that are causing distress such as sleep disturbances, depression, fatigue, and relationship dynamics through a series of questions.
