In our work together, it is my hope to help each client reach their goal in whatever that may be. Clients working with me are seeking guidance in ways to better themselves and identify solutions to challenges they are faced with. My clients typically struggle with depression, anxiety, social/interpersonal challenges, anger, as well as effective communication. I aim to help my clients through providing support and challenging them to be the best version of themselves possible. I utilize an open and honest approach, without judgement, instilling confidence in their capability to reach their goals. I aim utilize a solution oriented and creative approach toward managing challenges. Finding a therapist can be difficult and I think that the connection you have with your therapist can make a significant impact on your experience. I hope to have the opportunity to work with you as well as connect with you to offer support through your journey to becoming the version of yourself you would like to become.
