I believe that if an individual desires change, recovery is possible. Every individual deserves to live and experience a productive and fulfilling life. Today you are one step closer toward courageously seeking deeper understanding and a more positive path of growth and well-being. I have seen and assisted many individuals with a multitude of issues including mental illness, grief and loss, addiction and sexual orientation. I have been a practicing social worker for over 25 years and am a graduate of Adelphi University School of Social Work since 1993. I use an eclectic approach as what matters most is the therapeutic relationship between individual and therapist. I offer counseling for adults in a supportive and safe environment. I can help assist you to work through whatever situation you are dealing with.
