About

I am driven by a deep commitment to understanding and supporting individuals through their unique challenges. My goal is to equip clients with the tools they need to navigate their paths toward self-acceptance and personal empowerment, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling life. Self-confidence is another critical area of focus in my practice. Many clients struggle with self-esteem and self-worth, often rooted in societal stigma and personal experiences. I strive to create an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.

As a dedicated counselor specializing in the LGBTQIA+ community, I am passionate about creating a safe and affirming space for individuals navigating the complexities of gender identity, trauma, and self-confidence. My practice is grounded in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to fostering resilience in my clients.

I employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help clients process traumatic experiences and alleviate symptoms of PTSD. This integrative approach empowers clients to reframe their narratives, build resilience, and cultivate a sense of safety in their lives.
