About

I use warmth, non-judgmental curiosity, and authenticity to cultivate a nurturing collaborative space where we can understand how your familial, relational, and cultural experiences shape your lived experience. With this insight, we can help you develop greater confidence in making the changes you’d like to live an intentional and meaningful life. I integrate attachment theory, trauma-informed interventions, mindfulness techniques, and multicultural/systems perspectives in therapy.

I work with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, grief, relationship challenges, career concerns, and cultural identity exploration. I also provide relationship counseling that focuses on deepening empathy, improving communication and connection, and re-orienting relational responses.

I view an attuned and trusting therapeutic relationship as foundational to feeling fully seen, valued, and supported in your growth and self-exploration. Please feel free to contact me to set up a free consultation to see if I am a good fit for your needs.
