Being a human is rough. I won’t pretend to know where you’re at right now but I’d really like to hear your story. In my work I emphasize individualized care and self determination that puts you at the helm. I primarily work with individuals who find themselves at a crossroads and are looking for empathic support and guidance. I also provide animal assisted therapy and emotional support animal (ESA) consultation. My focus is on creating and holding a space for you to reflect, learn, and grow in whatever direction you choose. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, reach out to set up a time to chat and see if we’re a good match! I graduated from the University of Binghamton in upstate New York with Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Studio Art. From there I went on to complete my Masters of Social Work with a concentration in mental health and certificate in Animal Assisted Social Work from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Social Work. I specialize in working with anxiety, suicidality, and self-harm in youth, adolescents, and adults. I additionally have lived and professional experience with managing chronic health conditions and working through grief and loss. I value inclusivity and empowerment, welcoming clients from all backgrounds to a space of warmth and reflective guidance.
