My aim is to create a caring therapeutic relationship with you that is founded in empathy, trust, and respect. Together we will create a safe and open environment for brave and insightful explorations. I offer collaborative, client-centered therapy that supports the development of personal insights and practical coping skills through curiosity, mindfulness, and compassion. I will support you in developing a deeper understanding and acceptance of yourself and your ability to be present with uncomfortable emotions as the foundation to changing your life in the ways that are important to you. Feel free to text my office at 917-426-1521 if you'd like to get started or have questions. If using insurance, my office manager is happy to check your benefits for you and lay out a fee structure. We also submit all claims for you and advocate for higher reimbursement rates on your behalf. We work with PPO and POS plans.
